About Us

Arion Audio is the consumer products division of MK Audio LLC. MK Audio was officially established in 2004 and originally located in Mountainside, New Jersey. In 2013, MK Audio relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. MK Audio (Arion Audio) will be relocating to Maryland by early 2027. All our products are designed, developed, and manufactured by us.

The founder of MK Audio LLC, Mike Kalellis, has over 30 years of experience in designing, developing, and manufacturing components and systems spanning many disciplines, including custom solutions for mission-critical sites, including national treasures, data centers, utilities, and others, where system failure is not an option and efficient designs are a must. Mr. Kalellis was also involved in motorsports for two decades as both driver and car designer. Mike approaches the creation of all Arion Audio products with the same passion and discipline as had when he designed the life safety air sampling system for the Statue of Liberty. Mike has been a music lover since his preteen years. At the age of 12 Mike built his first audio system from a kit. His enthusiasm for great sound and his career experiences culminated in the formation of MK Audio and Arion Audio products. Mike feels privileged to be working on and doing the things he most enjoys: designing, developing, and manufacturing audio products and making great music.

Our mission is to innovate, design, and create high-performance, high-value audio equipment for the music enthusiast. Arion Audio uses state-of-the-art materials and assembly techniques. Attention to every detail is impeccable. Each component is thoroughly inspected prior to the careful hand-assembly process. Arion Audio products are designed to be environmentally responsible, and suppliers are carefully selected to be the same and be USA-based. Equally important to us, and at the top of our list of priorities, is excellent customer service. Along with our standard product lines, we offer custom products and custom solutions for your high-performance home audio system needs.
