Limited Warranty

• Arion Audio warrants products against manufacturing defects for 3 years from date of purchase from an authorized Arion Audio dealer. The warranty form must be filled out within 30 days of product delivery and returned to our office. You must register your Arion product in order to receive the full warranty.
• The limited warranty covers only new products purchased from an Arion Audio authorized dealer 
• The Limited Warranty applies to the original owner.
• This Limited Warranty is non-transferrable.
• All shipping costs, to and from, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• All loudspeakers must be shipped in the original packaging.
• This Limited Warranty covers all parts defective in material and workmanship on products purchased new.
• All service must be performed by an authorized Arion Audio dealer.
• This Limited Warranty does not cover the product damaged due to accident, misuse or abuse. This will be determined by Arion Audio in its sole discretion.
• Customer must provide proof of purchase from an authorized Arion Audio dealer when placing a claim to be eligible for warranty service.
• Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts or limitations or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
